Located in the Coquimbo region, it was created in 2011, its founder Carlos Cortés is a Marine Biologist at the Catholic University of the North, Master's in Documentary Cinema at the University of Chile. Since then he has been dedicated to forming a multidisciplinary team of professionals who together have worked in the production of television series, documentary, scientific diffusion and advertising.

To be facilitators of access to the culture of the sea and in this way contribute to its discovery and appreciation by society.
