Paula Needham
Marine Biologist (UCN), Founder and Executive Producer of Silvestre Producciones. She started in the audiovisual field since the creation of the company and since then he has been in charge of the administration and execution of all productions. He has specialized in writing, managing and executing audiovisual projects and scientific research that Silvestre Producciones carries out.
Carlos Cortes
Marine Biologist (UCN), Master in Documentary Cinema (c) (U de Chile). Founder and Director of Silvestre Producciones. In addition to his audiovisual work, he conducts research in the field of biology, archeology and underwater heritage. His research is carried out under the wing of the Universidad Católica del Norte in close collaboration with public institutions.
Ricardo Bordones
Sociologist (c) (U of Chile) General Producer of Silvestre Producciones. Its main work is historical-heritage research and the proposal and execution of research ideas he is in charge of the general production and dissemination of our content.
Patricio Gutiérrez
Audiovisual Communicator, with a specializing in Documentary Production (INA, France), and Film Production (IECTV, Cuba), Post- producer and Photography Director for Silvestre Producciones. His main task is the generation and editing of audiovisual content for its subsequent exhibition and dissemination.
Viviana Needham
Audiovisual Communicator (Duoc UC). Graphic and web design for Silvestre Producciones. Her main task is to edit and create graphic content for the different projects of the production company.
